How do I connect GitLab?

In GitLab, open Preferences → Access Tokens and create a personal access token with the read_api scope. In Easy MR, open Settings, click +, choose GitLab, enter your GitLab URL and paste the token. Click Test to check the connection.

How do I connect GitHub?

In GitHub, open Settings → Developer settings → Personal access tokens → Tokens (classic) and create a token with the repo scope. In Easy MR, open Settings, click +, choose GitHub and paste the token. The URL is filled in for github.com.

A fine-grained token also works if it has read access to pull requests, checks and commit statuses for the repositories you want to see.

Does it work with self-managed GitLab or GitHub Enterprise?

Yes. Enter the URL of your company's server instead of gitlab.com or github.com. You can add several accounts; each one gets its own tab.

Which merge requests are shown?

Open merge requests and pull requests you authored, grouped by project, with pipeline stages or GitHub checks, merge status and approvals.

An account shows an error

Check that the token has not expired and still has the right scope, and that your Mac can reach the server (VPN, if your company requires one). For GitHub organizations with SAML single sign-on, authorize the token for that organization in GitHub's token settings.

How do I cancel the subscription?

Open the App Store on your Mac, click your name, then Account Settings → Subscriptions → Easy MR.

I bought Easy MR but it asks me to pay again

Open Easy MR and click Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the App Store with the Apple Account you used to buy it.
